Terms and Conditions

General 

The following terms and conditions are between RNC Training and the customer. 

Booking onto a course with RNC Training, a customer accepts and enters into a legal binding contract with RNC Training and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

All of the Terms and Conditions apply unless specified otherwise. 

Booking Conditions 

A customer can book onto a course by telephone (07952729996), or by email (rnctraining@gmail.com). 

RNC Training will provide the course at the customers chosen venue if suitable. 

If necessary, to comply with any applicable health and safety requirements, RNC Training may make changes to the services and will notify the customer if necessary. 

If onsite training has been booked and the customer’s venue is not deemed suitable and appropriate to run the course, the RNC Training has the right to refuse the training as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their venue is appropriate. If this situation occurs there will be no refund issued, and the course fee remains payable and cannot be withheld by the customer. 

In terms of the onsite training venue, the customer agrees to a suitable training room that is a clean and safe environment and provides adequate space for the number of people attending the course. The space provided should be safe and meet the HSE guidelines for work requirements. The appropriate training equipment can be set up and used to run the course this includes space for the trainer to set up a laptop and their own projector. 

RNC Training reserves the right to adjust any prices or venue. 

Payment 

The fees for the service are set out in the quotation. 

Payments from all course bookings must be paid in full within 30 days of the course completion. 

Quotations of pricing will be confirmed via email. 

For E-Learning and Blended Courses, payment will have to be made upfront for each course license before the start of the course. No refund will be given if the learner has not completed the on-line learning before the practical day of the course. 

Cancellation of a Course by a Customer 

Cancellation of a course by a customer will be charged at the following rates:

Rescheduling of a Course 

A customer can reschedule a course without charge, providing RNC Training receives 7 days notice before the start of the original course date. 

Attendance 

Each learner must attend and complete all aspects of the course to qualify for certification. 

RNC Training reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual who it considers in its discretion to be unsuitable for any reason given. 

Re-takes 

In the event of a learner failing part of the course, then the customer may decide for the learner to re-take the failed section. If this happens then the customer would cover the financial cost to attempt a re-take. The costs vary in relation to the section of the assessment that has to be re-taken. 

Suitability 

The customer has the responsibility of ensuring the course they have booked is suitable for the delegates attending. 

RNC Training has an Equality and Diversity Policy, which ensures that all delegates are treated fairly. 

RNC Training should be informed in advance of the course so that any arrangements can be put into place to assist delegates to meet their needs and requirements in completing the course. 

RNC Training is not able to supply any specialist equipment – this is for the learner to source and provide at their own cost. 

All courses are delivered in the English language only. All learners must have sufficient fluency in written and spoken English in order to successfully complete the course. 

All learners must be physically able to participate in the practical elements of a course. E.g. Being able to carry out CPR whilst kneeling on the floor. 

Delegates must meet the age requirements of the course. 

Complaints 

If a customer has a complaint about a service that has been provided by RNC Training, the customer should contact RNC Training who will resolve the complaint as soon as possible 

Data Protection 

When supplying the services to the customer, RNC Training may gain access to and acquire the ability to transfer, store, or process personal data of the customer and those attending the course. 

RNC Training will only process personal data to the extent reasonably required to enable it to supply the Services as mentioned in these terms and conditions. 

All contact details that are supplied to RNC Training will not be passed on to any third party.
